The intro package includes your 60-minute initial consultation and a 30-minute follow-up. We will go over health history, and focus on your concerns, goals, and your lifestyle in detail. This will allow us to create a customized plan that matches your needs. The follow-up session is where you will receive your health plan. This package is great if you are just starting your wellness journey and want to see what it's like to work with a holistic nutritionist!
